I recently was starting to look for a new motorcycle. I was just going to "look". When I went into the showroom I was greeted by gentleman who introduced himself and offered his services if I needed any questions answered. Then he allowed me to walk around the showroom and "look". There was never any pressure or "herding" to any specific motorcycle. I did note that he was never very far away and was very professional about not looking hungry for a sale. I continued to "look", and when I had found a few selections I was interested Andreas was right there. Andreas told me about all of the new models and did offer a suggestion of something used. We continued to look around and I just could not get past the one bike in the showroom that kept catching my eye. That bike is a very infamous and top-of-the-food chain fast motorcycle; The Kawasaki ZX-14. Apparently this bike has been on the showroom floor for a couple of years, no doubt because of its stigma as one of the fastest bikes on the planet, and most dangerous as well. After "looking" for about 30 min, I had had enough and asked Andreas to run the numbers on the Kawasaki, and he gladly did. He came back, we signed the paperwork and I am now a proud owner of the Kawasaki ZX-14. Andreas and the staff there at Sarasota Powersports were in my opinion top notch, sales was fluid and comfortable, financing was spot on and reasonable and my overall experience could have been topped if I won some sort of contest and the Bike was free. My buying experience with Granny's was truly a pleasure. From the second I walked in the door, Brad made it his personal mission to help me find and get the perfect sportbike. Being as this was my first streetbike, he dealt with two weeks of me constantly bugging him with incessant questions and phone calls and never missed a beat. Matt in the parts and accessories department spent nearly two hours helping me choose the right jacket and helmet, and his knowledge and expertise of these items is rather impressive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my '09 Yamaha R6, and I will definately be going back to Granny's when I'm ready for my next bike. Keep up the good work guys!

I own a 2005 Yamaha FZ1. It has run bad since I purchased it used in May of 2007. I have been to three other dealership service departments to have it repaired. Two of the times I had been satisfied with the results. I had no idea the potential of my motorcycle. A couple days ago I decided to ride for an hour to try the Granny's Motorsports service department. I picked up my bike yesterday October 1st. Gene in the service department was very knowledgeable of what service was being performed, he was always courteous and kept me informed of the status and completion date of my bike. With no unforeseen mechanical problems, my bike was ready on time. When I picked it up and rode it, I dont know what to say. Its a new motorcycle! Ive been getting ripped off at the other places. I had no idea of the power my bike possessed. It idles great, runs great and rides like a dream. I was thinking of selling it and giving up riding all together. Ive changed my mind. Im keeping my all-new 2005 FZ1 and Im going to ride it as often as I can. I know one thing for sure, when its time for a scheduled service or if I run into any problems I know exactly where Im going to get it fixed. Im going to make the 50 mile trip to Grannys. Its well worth the time and gas. I cant thank the service department enough for their work. Im going for a ride. Ill see you at my 8000 mile check-up. Ride Safe!
